Due to a very generous donation of autism awareness bracelets by parents of a 6th grade student, our 6th grade students and staff were able to come together to spread awareness, acceptance and understanding in showing support for neurodiversity and Autism Awareness Month in April.

The middle school and high school students participated in the 17th annual Job Olympics at ISD. Students had the opportunity to compete in job skills they have been working on at school. Some of these activities include: filling out job applications, sorting laundry, interviewing for a job, shredding, filling fast food bags, sorting silverware and sorting recycling.
