West Elementary Holiday Concert

The Dance Team and Color Guard had their annual showcase for friends and family on November 30th. The event highlighted two dance routines, a winter guard routine, and two of the guard solo qualifiers. Both groups and soloists will compete this week at the state competition in Des Moines!

BINGO for Books on November 18th! Hosted by Ramily Matters

These HS students participated in the Thanksgiving Food Drive from November 17th-November 21st! Items donated included canned items, seasonings and sauces, boxed goods, meats, and non-food items. Students earned bonus points for dressing like turkeys on Friday!

Kyle Gerdes' 2nd hour biology class won the challenge of donating the most items and earning the most points! His class will get breakfast and the Golden Turkey trophy.
