The middle school’s creative writing class has been working on creating presentations this week. Students were paired up and were tasked with creating a presentation highlighting a genre of writing. Once completed with their presentations, students will share them with the class. Our next writing will require students to write a story in a new genre they normally wouldn’t write in!

Students signed up to make paper airplanes in Ms. Howard's Rams Time this week. Students that met were given 30 minutes to research examples and fold and test their planes. Some students made their planes with partners, and some made them individually. The second day they tested them and then had a plane flying competition. The finals will go into a day three sometime next week where the "Maverick" award for the top flier will be given. Students loved this friendly competition and another session will be added to Rams Time!
