Any  Students Interested in participating in the 2022 Glenwood Color Guard need to report to the High School Auxiliary Gym Monday, May 23rd-28th  at 7:00am! (You do not have to play an instrument)  A sign-up will be posted in the HS offices to help estimate the amount of equipment we will need for the auditions.  We will be working with flags all week so please wear athletic shoes and clothing that won’t restrict your body movement.  See you on the 23rd!

Graduation Practice will be on May 26th at 10:30 in the Aux. Gym Cap and Gowns will be distributed at this time.

Our next GHS blood drive will be held Friday, June 3rd from 10:30-4:30 in the high school cafeteria.  We need your help to meet our goal of helping to save as many lives as possible.
For those of you who are type O- or O+ we need you especially!  Only 7 percent of people in the U.S. have O-negative blood type. O-negative blood type donors are universal donors as their blood can be given to people of all blood types.  Type O-negative blood is needed in emergencies before the patient's blood type is known and with newborns who need blood. O- is the universal blood type so anyone can receive it which is very important in times of emergency.  84% of the population can receive o+ so this type is always in need.  As the mother of an O- son who needed blood I know this to be true.  If blood hadn't been available he wouldn't have survived.
If you are interested, you can email me directly and let me know what time frame you would like to come in or you can go to https://www.redcrossblood.org/give.html/find-drive and enter "Rams" into the search bar to see our openings.
Thank you and have a great day!

You will need a pass to attend....email Mrs. Shari Rodenburg at rodenbs@glenwoodschool.org  to let her know which college visit you would like to attend.
