After Prom Volunteers Needed!

We cannot operate this event without the help of a lot of great parent volunteers. Please consider volunteering at after-prom to help set up, check-in kids, work games, serve food & clean up.  It's a lot of fun and the kids really appreciate it.

PRIZES are the key to keeping our kids at After-Prom. If you'd like to donate a CHOICE PRIZE, check out the Amazon Wish List. Prizes can be shipped directly to the After-Prom Committee. Thanks for supporting a safe & fun night for our students!

Student Volunteer Opportunities

The after-prom committee fundraises year-round to provide a fun and safe environment for the kids after the prom dance.  Students can offset the cost of Prom and After Prom and earn service learning hours by volunteering!

  • Volunteer 2 hours - $10 off Prom Dance Ticket
  • Volunteer 4 hours - Free Prom Dance Ticket
  • Volunteer 8 hours - Free Prom Dance Ticket AND Free After-Prom Ticket

Prom Dinner

Promenade

7:00pm at High School Auditorium

This is an opportunity for family and friends to come out and see all the Prom goers in their formal wear. Each student and/or couple is introduced and parades across the auditorium stage.  Pictures will be taken by Amy Kennedy (Portraits by Amy) on stage. Admission for family and friends is $5. Students line up at 6:45pm.

Prom is a school sponsored event for Juniors and Seniors and their dates (dates must be registered if not a GCHS student…you can download/print the form here ). Hard copies are available in the office.
