Technology Integration Teachers support all staff by providing resources, training, and information about available district technology. Glenwood Community School District is a 1:1, student to chromebook district. This group seeks to assist teachers in best practice use of the various technologies available in GCSD classrooms.
Whether you are a novice brushing up on the basics or you are a more advanced user trying out some new things, everyone needs resources to refer back to when you get stuck. The Tech Integration team has put together some resources to help teachers with these tasks

Want to manage your student devices during class? Check out the following resource which provides a series of short (5-7min) videos that will get you set up and going. It may be helpful to have two devices running side by side, so that you can follow the videos in your account in real time. Remember to simply login with your school Google account.

Lightspeed Topcat Speaker
Classrooms outfitted with Lightspeed Topcat Classroom speakers can be used to amplify your voice and media throughout the classroom. Here is an instructional video on the basics of using this system.
Communication and Discipline Logs
Introduced in 2023-2024 School Year, teachers are able to log communications they make to families and now have expanded capabilities with reporting discipline. The slide show below show how to access both modules from both the Teacher and Admin side of PowerSchool.
