STUDENT DIRECTORY INFORMATION
The
District and/or the principal of each building may release the following types
of directory information to the public using discretion relative to the privacy
of the student and the family and the totality of the surrounding circumstance:
name, address, telephone listing, date and place of birth, major field of
study, participation in officially recognized activities and sports, weight and
height of members of athletic teams, dates of attendance, degrees and awards
received, and the previous school or institution attended by the student.
Parents who
do not want their child’s directory information to be given out and/or
published must notify the building principal in writing no later than September
15 of each school year.
