Level I: To Be Administered by the Teacher.

Level I offenses are those activities which are classroom specific and not included in other areas of this code. The teacher may pursue the following options: verbal reprimand, detention, parent contact, conference, or other interventions. A student's failure to abide by the teacher's authority becomes a Level II offense.

Examples of Level I offenses include:

bulletUnprepared for Class 
bulletCheating 
bullet Tardiness
bullet Insubordination
bullet Violations of classroom rule
 

Every student will develop the skills to be an independent, cooperative, respectful citizen with a positive attitude.
