Two scheduled Parent Teacher Conferences will be held.  The first one will be at the end of the first quarter and the second one will be sometime during the third quarter.  Here are some ideas to help you for Parent Teacher Conferences:

1. Plan for the conference.  Before you go, write out questions you would like to ask.

2. Keep an open mind.  Your goal is to work for cooperation between you and your child's teacher.

3. Ask to see your child's work.

4. Ask for suggestions.  If your child is going well, ask what you can do to keep on a positive track.  If there are problems, ask what you can do to help.

Please make every effort to attend your conference, and if you absolutely cannot, contact your child's teacher to line up another time.
