We are a licensed childcare
facility. All shots must be up-to-date. A copy of immunization record must be on
file with the school.

Your child needs a current
yearly physical to be enrolled in Preschool. A copy must be on file with the
school. Physicals are valid for one calendar year only. Physicals need to be
completed and signed by a doctor.

Please let us know if your
child has an allergies or things that upset their system. It is important to
keep an updated list in the classroom.
|
|
An on-site nurse is available
from 8 - 12.
|
|
In case of an accident or
illness, parents of the child will be called immediately. If a parent is
unavailable or cannot be reached, the persons you have listed as emergency
contacts will be called.
|
|
If your child is involved in an
accident or an incident, you will be contacted by phone and given written
documentation.
|
|
If your child has a fever over
one hundred degrees, you will be notified to pick up your child.
|
|
Children who become ill, or
have symptoms of illness, at school, are sent home after parents/guardians have
been notified. Your child will be sent home if he/she has a rash, vomiting,
temperature, insufficient hygiene, or diarrhea.

|
A child suffering from skin
diseases, or has been absent fro school because of an infectious or contagious
disease, may be required to present a statement from a doctor upon returning to
school.
