We believe the Professional Growth System for the Glenwood Community Schools should demonstrate the mission and beliefs of our organization. All licensed staff are accountable for adhering to the required State of Iowa Teaching Standards. Teachers should demonstrate professional growth capabilities. The process will be cooperative, continuous, and constructive in a trusting and respectful environment. It is expected that all teachers will experience success and be recognized through the Professional Growth System for achievement and effort. The professional growth of our teachers is important to continually improve student learning.
